Sunflour Bakery (us!)

We started with 320 kinds of tomatoes, and when our Helen offered to come bake with us we were thrilled. Not just because she’s one of our favorite human beings, but also because she’s exceptionally good at what she does, having been a professional pastry chef for her entire adult career. Inventive and meticulous attention detail, her creations have no known expiration date, because none have ever lasted long enough to find out.
