Ingredients: Smoked Sprats (Sprattus sprattus), rapeseed (canola) oil, salt.
These Brisling sardines are caught in the Baltic Sea and carefully prepared by hand with fresh whole fish. After being cleaned and de-headed by hand, they are then cleaned and lightly smoked with beechwood using an old-fashioned smoking process that brings out all the flavours of their soft flesh. Once they have been prepared, the sardines are placed in tins by hand and preserved in oil.
