One of our favorite ways to use this is to sprinkle it on salmon steaks before they go in the oven, and then when the salmon is ready, a few lashings of the O-MED Olive Pit Smoked Arbequina EVOO and it’s like the world’s best lox and bagel. Hundreds of uses. Anywhere you think you think you might want to sprinkle some garlic, sprinkle this instead.
