Two ingredients: nutritional yeast and kelp. That make this a unique flavoring agent. If you’ve never had nutritional yeast, it imparts a flavor so close to cheese you wouldn’t believe it isn’t, especially in powdered applications like a product you shake onto popcorn. Leftover rice and veggies can be boring when reheated, but not if you hit the bowl with a few shakes of this. It’s also dynamite as the final topper to a dressed baked potato, or as the seasoning on roasted potatoes.
