Barnacle Foods Bullwhip Hot Sauce Alaskan Kelp and Piri Piri Pepper


We love us some hot sauces here, and we’re particularly partial to ones that incorporate tomato, not so much for the obvious reason (haha) but because of the umami undernote that tomato can provide. Add kelp, too, and you get something even more savory. This is a sauce whose only defect is the bottle is too small. About as hot as Tabasco or Sriracha. We like to douse, but not slather, with it.

Ingredients: Alaskan Bull Kelp, water, organic vinegar, organic tomato, vegetable oil, garlic, salt, piri piri, Xanthum gum.
