Totally crave-able & freaking delicious. Sampled at room temp and then stuck in the fridge per Dan’s recommendation. They’re better chilled, he’s right. If you like anchovies, and if you like olives, grab a can of these to keep in a jar in your fridge for moments when you need a salty bite of something grounding. Pull these out casually when friends are over for dinner & impress those of us who appreciate the salty/funky stuff in life. I’ll always keep these in my house.
