    I watched a documentary about goose barnacles recently and had learned that these particular barnacles are considered to be an expensive delicacy due to how difficult it is to harvest. When I saw these canned goose barnacles, I knew I had to try them! The meat itself tasted similar to a freshly cooked clam. I added a small spritz of lemon juice on top of these and it was the perfect combination.
