These were my first cockles ever so I decided to go big. I dare you to open this tin and not say “WOW” by reflex. The care that went into packing these cockles is immediately evident, with their little feet poking up in unison and beckoning you to pop them into your mouth. The cockles themselves are tender, and have a beautifully sweet sea flavor.
