Baby squids stuffed with their own tentacles and perfectly cooked with just olive oil and a pinch of salt. Great straight from the tin (we add a squeeze of lemon and a bit of hot sauce), or cut into large pieces and fried with garlic and fresh pepper before tossing with noodles.
