Laminas de Bonito. Don Bocarte uses only bonito (white-meat tuna) from the Bay of Biscay. It is prepared using fresh, never frozen fish and is what sets them apart as a premium brand. Choosing medium-to-large bonitos, adding just the right amount of salt, and using a meticulous jarring process. These are some of the characteristics that lead to a distinctive, juicy, and delicate product. The tuna slices in this jar are thin, bite-size pieces of fish. So delicate and delicious, they can be enjoyed as is or with just a drizzle of olive oil. Also, ideal for salads or sandwiches.
