I love Espinaler. Indeed, I had to get through the two bottles of the original sauce I had on hand before I twisted open this new version. Wish I hadn’t waited–why not have two different bottles open at once? The Extra Hotter is so, so good. Habanero is always a great source of Heat + Taste–it’s not just punishing Scoville units. And Espinaler has balanced things perfectly for the spice lovers. I’ve now tried this with sardines, garfish, and mackerel fillets, and it just works so well with all these fish. Indispensable for the tinned fish lover is my verdict.
