Fish Dish: Ginger Mackerel, Carrot, and Red Lentil


This lentil dish makes a perfect dinner or substantial lunch.

Instructions:  Add one cup of water to pot. Add lentils and chives. Cover and lightly boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.  When lentils are cooked, add tin contents until warm. Plate it up and enjoy!

Comes with Angelo Parodi Mackerel Filets in Olive Oil with Ginger and Chili Pepper and all the other ingredients, except for water.
