I ordered the smaller, .42 oz tin, and was happy to add such a lovely finishing salt to my pantry. There’s a hint of sweetness, and the salt hits a bit farther back on the palate than you expect. I saw some dried seaweed flakes in my tin. The salt, overall, is very crumbly, and sprinkles well from the fingers. I’ve had it on eggs, greek fries, gyros, and fried sardines so far, and have been really impressed.
