    I’ve been wanting to try these and am so glad I finally broke them out for dinner tonight! It took only a minute in the saucepan and they were ready to enjoy. The butter sauce was delicious and the sardines were delicate and paired well with the butter. I ate them in a plate by themselves, but I’m planning to use them as baked potato topping! They’d also be delightful over mashed potatoes, garlic & pasta, or rice.
