Ingredients: Mackerel (Wild), Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Water, Salt, Guar Gum, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
Cut pieces of small whole mackerel in soy sauce. Excellent over rice, of course, but also great straight from the tin. We’ve even added them to leftover fried rice to freshen up the dish deliciously.
