Old Fisherman Roasted Eel with Fermented Black Beans


The special recipe version of Old Fisherman Roasted Eel won the Gold Medal at the National Food Tasting Association. This tin comes packed with fermented black beans.

Mix your tinned eel into a bowl of rice and top with freshly sliced scallions and a bit of Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp and you’ll be hooked.
