Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil, glass jar

White tuna gets all the love, but some of the most flavorful tunas we’ve had here are Yellowfin. Do not think this is an inferior product because it’s less well known or less expensive. It’s got more substance, complexity of flavor and juiciness.  Every bit as good as good as Bonito del Norte, but a different fish with a different flavor profile and texture.
