    This was great, though a little on the pricy side. The filet was moist and flaky, not delicate but not firm. It’s described as lightly smoked though the smoke flavor comes through. Not in an overpowering way, but more than I thought “lightly smoked” would be. Not a bad thing.

    I ate using butter lettuce as wraps with sriracha mayo, cucumber, and picked onions. Note there is juice (oil) when opening the foil packet.
