This preserve maintains the original recipe: a candied potato and onion base on which the best selection of fish pieces is placed. The dish is crowned with a black olive and a small layer of our olive oil, to provide even more flavor and juiciness.
We recommend serving at room temperature or even heating for a couple of minutes on a plate to taste the flavor of the original recipe.
