These are not large pieces like other roasted seaweed snacks you may be used to. These are bigger than crumbs but smaller than chips. You could snack them, but it’d be pretty messy. We love, love, love to use these to top all sorts of tinned fish preparations. Just a pinch on a plain sardine on a saltine transforms the experience, and a generous scattering over rice or noodles really amps things up.
