Wildfish Cannery Smoked Salmon Caviar


Caviar is best served simply, alongside toast points or unsalted crackers or eaten straight out of the jar to taste the true, flavor of the eggs. Buckwheat blinis are the classic delivery vehicle for all kinds of caviar (with sour cream, minced red onion, capers, and chopped hard-boiled eggs). We love to serve this on potato chips. It also pairs superbly with softened/whipped cream cheese (with or without fresh dill, if you have it).
