    Exactly what you hope it is – it’s great! The dill is perfectly present up front on the nose/tongue as a primary flavor, the lemon is light but still noticeable as a background note. Texturally a medium firm, this fillet has excellent flake with zero dryness despite the lack of skin (which is an impressive feat). Seasoning was a smidge light but nothing that a little flaky salt on top couldn’t fix. Absolutely perfect candidate to eat straight from the tin.

    It’s a top notch tin of salmon that is a notch above King Oscar’s regular salmon in my ratings (and I think that one is very good). I do wish this was a bigger portion and/or a slightly lower price, but you really get what you pay for here. I can tell you for SURE that I’ll be ordering this one again. Big winner.

    Not a fan of this tin, especially at the price. Seasoning was just too light. It was far too bland to be a better option than even KO with plain olive oil. Texture was good.
