We stan Piment d’Espelette here. The ubiquitous pepper of the basque region has a flavor profile that is distinctive and impossible to get enough of. We make peanuts with it, we sell the spice itself, and we carry other tinned fish products that incorporate it. It’s not hot, but it is flavorful.
