Ingredients: Sardines (70%), extra virgin organic olive oil (26.5%), organic chillie (1.7%), and salt.
All sardines are wild caught, there’s no such thing as a farmed sardine. These are packaged with organic extra virgin olive oil and organic pili pili peppers. The pili pili is the classic pepper present in the vast majority of “spicy” tinned fish products. It is not very hot, and not very much is used. If you can handle the level of heat of crushed red chili flakes, you can handle these. If you like your tinned fish really hot, you’ll need to add heat to any/all of them.
