Ingredients: Mackerel (Wild), Soybean Paste (Soybean, Rice, Salt), Sugar, Water, Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate, Salt, Guar Gum.
Cut pieces of small whole mackerel in miso. Great warmed up and added to rice dishes, but also yummy straight from the tin, with a sprinkle of Barnacle Foods Alaskan Furikake Kelp Seasoning to add some garnish.
