    Pretty good, pretty fun. Might have had 40 leaves (all folded up on each other) in it. Can grab the stem and unwrap them pretty reliably. I tried this with the Old Fisherman eel + fermented beans and while that pairing wasn’t a perfect match, it really brought an interesting contrast to the table. I could really see using these with a giant Riga Gold or Belveder tin, I bet it would be fantastic. I’ve tried several of the Sempio side dish tins and this might be my favorite one of all. Very versatile and worth trying!

    I cracked these babies open with some citrus sardines and some sticky rice and man, I enjoyed these! Really nice soy sauce flavor and the garlic was not overpowering. It took me a minute to figure out how to peel them apart, but it was worth it in the end!
