    Extravagant and perfect. Yes, this tin is expensive; it’s straightforwardly an indulgence. It’s also wonderful. I’ve absolutely no idea, but they’ve done it. I served it lightly heated on a plate of creamy pasta with toasted hazelnuts and beside sautéed asparagus and lemon. You ought to try this mild, subtle fish at least once in your life.
