Heated these up in the can and then dumped on top of rice. Fish was chewy, almost like jerky but surprisingly addictive. The black bean sauce was tasty and the tin did not last long. Highly recommend eating with rice, was a very nice treat!

Absolutely fantastic! Unique umami flavor and more jerky leaning texture. Such an easy way to make a carb base more interesting.

I definitely enjoyed this can! It had two large Dace fillets and plenty of beans. The fish still had bones and fins, which I partially removed. It was flavorful, very heavy on the umami side, and slightly sweet. I enjoyed it over rice! Not a bad choice if you enjoy other canned fish from the region!
