    A perfect companion to tinned seafood. Really enjoyed having this over a 2 day span with some canned tuna and a little Calabrian chili sauce. The texture of the chickpeas is fantastic, a sort of ‘al dente’ where you can pleasantly notice a little burst upon chewing without any of the mush that you often can get with chickpeas. The additions of bell pepper and carrot take it up a notch not only in textural contrast but in slight hints of sweetness as well. Treat yourself, buy this.
