Eco Food Armenia Rice with Bell Pepper and Carrot

Starches in general pair really well with just about all tinned fish products, and rice is probably our favorite. Well, we like potatoes, too. It’s  toss up, I guess. These are great with mackerel (or any other fish) in tomato sauce.
