Cream and coriander distinguish these rillettes from others, most of which are dill and lemon. Not that there’s anything wrong with dill and lemon, but why settle for one flavor profile when the world is a veritable cornucopia of diversity. Plus, it’s cream and coriander.

    Absolute favorite of the Groix et Nature rillettes line. Meaty, substantial salmon flavor. I enjoyed it as a picnic sandwich with crusty French bread.

    Our first Rillettes. It was good. A little boring just on bread alone, but with a slice of raw onion everything changed!! I think it would be great with anything pickled, lemon or really anything with some acidity to it. Tomorrow I’ll try it with some Gherkins. Or potentially for breakfast on a bagel. Solid product.
