These were such a pleasant surprise! The flavor was super fresh, subtle, and green. The fish itself was nice and meaty, with perfect texture.
We had a tin of this along with Groix & Nature’s lobster oil sardines, and found that alternating between the two gave a nice balance between luscious and rich (lobster) and light and fresh (seaweed). Both tins tasted undoubtedly gourmet right away!
As a whole, their lobster oil sardines probably have the edge, but based on my personal preference, I actually enjoyed the seaweed oil sardines just a little bit more. They’re definitely worth a try!
