    These are my favorite razor clams in a can. My other points of reference are Ramon Peña and Donostia Foods. I liked these best for their richness of flavor and the firm texture, with nary a grain of sand to be found. That in and of itself is near a miracle for razor clams. They’re a little bit salty so they would pair well with pasta or rice.
