This tin was alright. After trying Minerva’s spicy mackerel and loving the fish (but not loving the spice), I was excited to try these… And they were good but not great. There were three filets in the tin with a generous amount of oil. The texture was a bit firm, firmer than the tin I have of the spiced variety, but not the firmest I have ever had (for me, that’s Patagonia, which is a hard pass due to texture). The flavor was mild. I liked it and would eat it again if it was in front of me but not sure I would rush to buy it again.
