I found this to be a completely unremarkable tin. That’s not to say they’re bad or that there’s anything wrong with them, but nothing about them really stands out either. Fish quality was a little below what I’d expect for the price. Flesh was firm but skin/coloration weren’t nearly as nice as other tins in this price range. I think my biggest disappointment was the tomato sauce. Despite the warning in the description about this I still found it entirely forgettable even after trying a number of different accoutrements (herbs, crackers, olives) with the tin. There’s not really any discernible tomato flavor, it’s just kind of a watery red olive oil that doesn’t add much to the experience. Not a bad tin but not one I’d buy again.
