    I have never had canned smoked tuna before but having enjoyed cold smoked tuna before I thought it was well worth a try. The smoke is rather subtle, and I was surprised to find that I wished it was a little more forward, though I think that would effect the texture which was lovely. I think I will try it again, possibly as part of a large dish with pasta so I can get more from the delicious olive oil.
