    These are classic anchovies for cooking. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative to my all-time favorites, El Capricho and Codesa Limited Series. These are good but they’re not in the same class. They’re saltier and I’ve been adding them to my cooking whenever I want more depth of flavor – roasted cauliflower, tomato soup, veggie soup. Would also be great for Caesar dressing. All in all, a solid workhorse anchovy.
