    These were my first experience in the tinned fish world. Dan sent these to me as my free trial run. I am surprisingly hooked. I ate them on a toasted slice of baguette with jalapeño cream cheese, the sardine, a little pickled red onion, and a dot of hot sauce. They were firm and easy to break down into smaller pieces without crumbling. The sardine gave the bite a savory flavor that I haven’t had before. I’m very excited to try new tinned fish now!
