    These were highly recommended and highly flavorful. The flavor is nice but it is INTENSE. So much so, I would personally not buy them again. With that being said, if you enjoy smoked mussels in a very flavorful sauce, I would highly recommend these. The fish itself was very nice, the flavor just was not for me.

    I really enjoyed these smoked mussels! They were really great plain or with a small touch of cream cheese on a cracker. The sauce is delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering more of these again in the future.

    My very first conserva I’ve ever tried! I prepared mine stirred through rice with some of the sauce. It was delicious with a squeeze of lemon, or by itself.

    I loved the flavor of this, just not the texture of some of the mussels. I wouldn’t buy again, but if you like chorizo and fall apart mussels, you’ll love this.

    The chorizo in this tin is very strong, as are the rest of the flavors coming through. It took over the delicate taste of the mussels and I found the texture to be a bit strange, almost like eating small pieces of ground beef.
