Espinaler Bonito del Norte in Escabeche


Bonito del Norte and Escabeche is one of those classic combinations that just works together to blend two excellent things into a third that is somehow greater than the sum of its parts. Toss with cooked pasta or top a salad of mixed greens with it. Also great right out of the tin as part of a seacuterie platter.
