Les Mouettes d’Arvor Sardines with Persillade (butter, garlic, parsley)


Prepared in the Concarnois traditional fashion, these sardines are ready to eat, but are best eaten warm, accompanied by small vegetables or steamed potatoes. Turn out into a pan and gently heat them to serving temperature to fully appreciate why Persillade is an indispensable and classic French preparation.

    Delicious buttery French deens! Heated these in a pan and ate them with a baguette. Great texture and great flavor, but these are not an every day tin, definitely a once in a while special treat.
