    This was a truly great tin of fish. Sturdy while also extremely tender and moist. Subtly seasoned so the delicate flavors of the fish and olive oil really shine. These were a fun experience, glad I checked them out.

    Cooked with these last night. Beautifully packed like all Ramon Pena tins. Small, slender, firm. Kept their shape when fried.

    As with all Ramon Pena products, this is a beautiful tin of fish. Our tin contained 8 fish, nicely packed with the fish in great shape The fish themselves have a very pleasing texture and a distinctive taste. I prefer the taste of sardines, but understand how some could definitely prefer the garfish. A fine special occasion tin.
