    I’ve been wanting to try these and am so glad I finally broke them out for dinner tonight! It took only a minute in the saucepan and they were ready to enjoy. The butter sauce was delicious and the sardines were delicate and paired well with the butter. I ate them in a plate by themselves, but I’m planning to use them as baked potato topping! They’d also be delightful over mashed potatoes, garlic & pasta, or rice.

    These were very good. We warmed them up and put on a bed of lettuce with a piece of bread to soak up the remaining butter sauce in the tin. Would definitely buy again. And next time try on a bed of warm rice with a salad on the side. Yum!!

    Pasta + Garlic + some extra butter + this tin, gets you a ludicrously easy, but very delicious and beautiful dinner that’s practically shelf stable. With some lemon and chives it REALLY pops.

    I wouldn’t pick this tin if I’m just wanting some fish on bread – but they’re a really great cooking ingredient.
