    This is the first time I’ve had tuna from a jar (I’m much more used to the cheap cans). I ended up using this for a salad Niçoise to spotlight the fish. The texture was super firm so the ‘sticks’ of filet were easy to get out of the jar and get on the plate intact. Very clean flavor, and not really ‘fishy’ at all. Definitely a bit of a splurge but there was easily enough tuna for 2 salads/servings. I might pick up another jar at some point for a future special occasion
