    As different as these items are, I can’t say I like one better than another. They have similar, palpable chili heat. Portugal flesh is more pink. Morrocco more cream colored. Portugal skin more silver. Morrocco more cast iron colored. Together they make a memorable supper paired with old sparkling dry Riesling. Both are on the list to keep.
