    Six squid in this tin…stuffed with their tentacles. So Cool!
    They are perfectly done. Super tender, without being mushy, with a rich calamari flavor. Fine and elegant. The oil is fairly mild, and does not detract from the flavor of the squid. Nothing here is in your face, but the quality is very obvious.
    Delicious and by far the best tin of squid I have had to date.
    Had with Artisan Ciabatta Bread toasted and buttered with 85% fat butter, Mezzetta Whole Italian Castelvetrano Olives and Matiz Piparra Peppers.
    All washed down with glasses of a Cremant de Loire Brut sparkling wine.
