There's very little in this world of tinned fish that we love as a quick and easy snack or impromptu nibbly with surprise drop over guests than smoked mussels. These are lightly smoked, and go perfectly with a Ritz and some softened cream cheese made bright by the addition of some freshly snipped green herb.
